Writing the number three
Two little curves stacked up — round the top, round the bottom, never close them.
Before tracing, count out three real things — buttons, blocks, grapes — and line them up next to the sheet.
Say the words out loud while your child traces — the rhythm of the instruction is what sticks, far more than the number of repetitions on the page. Three careful rows beat a full sheet of rushed ones.
